Lisa Friedman Clark
Lisa likes to refer to herself as the “Luckiest Unlucky” person she knows. Everything in her life has been BIG, both physically and experientially. At 6’1” with bright red hair, she clearly stands out in a crowd.
Lisa was born in NYC in 1962. After graduating from Cornell University in 1984 with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineer (she bucked the typical female professional path), she began her career at IBM in Syracuse, New York and later transitioned into Banking. From then on, her life took some very difficult turns, and through them all, she has remained extraordinarily optimistic and involved in her work and in the the communities where she makes an impact.
Lisa resides in Boca Raton, Florida with her husband, Bruce Clark. Her 31 year old twin sons, Michael and Daniel, live and work in Manhattan. Since “necessity is the mother of invention” they started a family business 4 years ago, Tall Order, which manufactures and sells high fashion socks and accessories for men of ALL sizes and donates a portion of profits to communities and families dealing with traumatic loss and other health and human service non-profits.
